SUBCHAPTER M. LARGE EMPLOYER HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS

The department may require periodic reports by large employer health benefit plan issuers and agents regarding the large employer health benefit plans issued by those issuers. The reporting requirements must:

(1) require information regarding the number of plans in various categories that are marketed or issued to large employers; and

(2) comply with federal law, including regulations.
