SUBCHAPTER M. LARGE EMPLOYER HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS

If a large employer health benefit plan issuer enters into an agreement with a third-party administrator to provide administrative, marketing, or other services related to offering large employer health benefit plans to large employers in this state, the third-party administrator is subject to this subchapter and Subchapter C.
