SUBCHAPTER E. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND PROCEDURES; ENFORCEMENT

On the termination of the hearing, the findings shall be written and filed with the department. The commissioner shall issue an order showing the findings approved by the commissioner and shall send the order by certified mail to the applicant or certificate holder.
