SUBCHAPTER E. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND PROCEDURES; ENFORCEMENT

If the commissioner denies an application for a certificate of authority as provided by this chapter or suspends, revokes, or refuses to renew a certificate at a hearing as provided by this chapter, the applicant or certificate holder may appeal the commissioner's action as provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 36.
