Tex. Insurance Code § 2210.654: REPORT.

(a) Not later than November 15 of each even-numbered year, the board shall report on the board's activities under Section 2210.653 to:

(1) the governor;

(2) the lieutenant governor; and

(3) the speaker of the house of representatives.

(b) The report must include:

(1) an analysis of any problems identified; and

(2) recommendations for any legislative action necessary to address those problems and to foster stability, availability, and competition within the windstorm insurance industry.
