Tex. Insurance Code § 4152.059: LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A reinsurance intermediary license is valid for two years from the date of issuance and may be renewed for two-year terms.

(b) The commissioner may adopt standards for the renewal of a reinsurance intermediary license.
