Tex. Insurance Code § 4152.101: EXAMINATION BY COMMISSIONER.

(a) A reinsurance intermediary is subject to examination by the commissioner of the reinsurance intermediary's:

(1) financial condition; and

(2) compliance with the laws of this state affecting the conduct of the reinsurance intermediary's business.

(b) A manager may be examined as if the manager were an insurer.
