- SUBCHAPTER O. PENALTIES
(a) A director, officer, agent, employee, attorney at law, or attorney in fact of an association commits an offense if the person wilfully fails to comply with a lawful order of the commissioner.
(b) An offense under this section is punishable by:
(1) a fine not to exceed $500;
(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed six months; or
(3) both the fine and confinement.
