(a) If the department receives three validated complaints against an asbestos abatement supervisor regarding noncompliance with this chapter, the department shall:
(1) revoke the supervisor's license; and
(2) issue to the supervisor a registration.
(b) A registration issued under this section expires six months from the date of issuance. The asbestos abatement supervisor may reapply for a license after the registration expires.
