CHAPTER 2022. TEXAS RACING COMMISSION
SUBCHAPTER C. RECORDS AND INFORMATION

(a) The commission shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the commission and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the commission.

(b) The commission shall make the information described by Subsection (a) available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
