- SUBCHAPTER E. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
An applicant for an occupational therapist license or an occupational therapy assistant license must present evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has:
(1) successfully completed the academic and supervised field work experience requirements of an educational program in occupational therapy recognized by the board, as provided by Section 454.204; and
(2) passed an examination as provided by Section 454.207.
