SUBCHAPTER C. CERTIFICATE AND TEMPORARY PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

(a) The advisory board by rule shall establish examination requirements for a certificate under this chapter. The advisory board may use the entry level examination prepared by the National Board for Respiratory Care or an equivalent examination.

(b) An applicant for a certificate or temporary permit must pass a jurisprudence examination approved by the advisory board.
