Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1001.112: JOINT ADMINISTRATION OR DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

Where this section sits in the code

To provide joint administration or delivery of health care services, the district may affiliate with or enter into an arrangement with:

(1) a managed care system;

(2) a preferred provider organization;

(3) a health maintenance organization;

(4) a provider of an alternative health care or delivery system; or

(5) a private hospital.
