- SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
(a) If a vacancy occurs in the office of director, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.
(b) If at least five director positions become vacant, the remaining directors may call a special election to fill the vacancies for the unexpired terms.
