Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1035.105: PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES.

Where this section sits in the code

The district may provide:

(1) emergency medical services;

(2) home health care services;

(3) long-term health care services;

(4) assisted living services; or

(5) any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.
