CHAPTER 1039. HEMPHILL COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) As soon as practicable after the end of each district fiscal year, the board shall have an audit made of the district's finances that contains a detailed accounting of disbursements.

(b) The board shall select a qualified independent accounting firm to perform the audit.
