- CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
- SUBCHAPTER D. SALE OR LEASE OF CERTAIN FACILITY
(a) A person shall make a disclosure required under Section 1053.155 or 1053.156 by filing the disclosure with the commissioners court and the board.
(b) The filed disclosure is a public record.
