CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER D. SALE OR LEASE OF CERTAIN FACILITY

The commissioners court shall cancel an election ordered under this subchapter if a hospital official makes a disclosure under Sections 1053.156 and 1053.157 at any time before the date of the election.
