CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER D. SALE OR LEASE OF CERTAIN FACILITY

If a majority of the votes cast at an election under this subchapter do not approve the sale or lease of a facility under this subchapter, another election to approve the sale or lease, as appropriate, may not be held before the first anniversary of the most recent election on the proposition.
