CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER D. SALE OR LEASE OF CERTAIN FACILITY

(a) A person required to make a disclosure under Section 1053.156 commits an offense if the person knowingly fails to make the disclosure within the period prescribed by that section.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
