CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) The district administrator, under the direction of the board, shall prepare an annual budget.

(b) The budget must be approved by the board and presented to the commissioners court for final approval. In like manner, all budget revisions shall be subject to approval by the commissioners court.
