CHAPTER 1057. MATAGORDA COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF MATAGORDA COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

With the approval of the Matagorda County Commissioners Court, the board may contract with this state or the federal government as necessary to establish or continue a retirement program for the benefit of district employees.
