Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1070.064: DAY-CARE SERVICES.

(a) The board may take any action to provide day-care services for the district's medical staff members, allied health professionals, officers, directors, and employees, including:

(1) spending district money;

(2) entering into agreements; and

(3) acquiring by lease, purchase, or lease to purchase facilities, supplies, and equipment.

(b) The district may provide day-care services to district residents as space permits.
