CHAPTER 1077. GAINESVILLE HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of Cooke County, Texas, except that the district does not include territory located in the Muenster Hospital District on the date the election to approve the creation of the Gainesville Hospital District was called.
