CHAPTER 1096. SOUTH LIMESTONE HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank in the county in which the district is located as the district's depository. A designated bank serves for two years and until a successor is designated.

(b) All district money shall be deposited in the depository and secured in the manner provided for securing county funds.
