CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), Subchapter E, Chapter 49, Water Code, applies to the district.

(b) Section 49.153, Water Code, does not apply to the district.
