CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

The district may obtain insurance and pay premiums to insurers for insurance of any type in amounts considered necessary or advisable by the board.
