CHAPTER 3851. TRIPLE CREEK MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 18 years of age and:

(1) reside in the district and be qualified to vote;

(2) own real property in the district; or

(3) have served as an initial director.
