CHAPTER 3851. TRIPLE CREEK MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The remaining directors shall fill a vacancy on the board by appointing a person who meets the qualifications prescribed by Section 3851.053.
