Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3854.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Director" means a board member.

(3) "District" means the Cedar Port Navigation and Improvement District.

(4) "Extraterritorial jurisdiction" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.021, Local Government Code.
