CHAPTER 3902. CLUB MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
SUBCHAPTER C-1. IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND SERVICES

(a) The district shall prepare a financial plan that details the cost, method of financing, cost of financing, and feasibility of financing for each improvement to be constructed by the district.

(b) The district shall submit the plan to the city for approval.
