CHAPTER 3911. MIDLOTHIAN MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) The following persons serve ex officio as nonvoting directors:

(1) the city manager of the city; and

(2) the chief financial officer of the city.

(b) An ex officio director is entitled to notice of board meetings and to speak on a matter before the board.
