CHAPTER 3911. MIDLOTHIAN MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The district may adopt rules:

(1) to administer or operate the district; or

(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities.

(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.
