- SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered terms of four years with two or three directors' terms expiring June 1 after the fourth anniversary of the date of the directors' appointment.
(b) The board may not create an executive committee to exercise the powers of the board.
