SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The district includes all of the territory in the boundaries of Crane County as the boundaries of that county existed on January 1, 1985, and as the district territory may have been modified under:

(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or

(2) other law.
