Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 6905.052: CITY OF BEEVILLE ANNEXATIONS.

If the City of Beeville annexes territory, the board may consider whether the new territory should also be added to the district and may:

(1) add the territory by a majority vote of the board without following the annexation procedures under Section 6905.053; or

(2) reject the addition of the new territory.
