SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) After the 10th anniversary of the effective date of the Act creating this chapter, the district, at the district's expense, shall repair and maintain the streets in the district.

(b) A district's repair and maintenance of a street under this section must meet all applicable construction standards and regulations of Williamson County.
