In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority.

(2) "Board" means the authority's board of directors.

(3) "Bond" means a bond or note.

(4) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(5) "Director" means a board member.
