Text of section effective on April 01, 2027

(a) The authority is composed of the territory described by Subsection (b) as that territory may have been modified under:

(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or

(2) other law.

(b) The authority's territory consists of that part of this state included in Caldwell, Calhoun, Comal, DeWitt, Guadalupe, Gonzales, Hays, Kendall, Refugio, and Victoria Counties.
