Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8834.054: DIRECTOR'S BOND.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A director shall execute a bond that is:

(1) for $5,000;

(2) payable to the district; and

(3) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.

(b) The district shall pay for the bond.
