- SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
Notwithstanding Section 51.714, Water Code, and subject to the limitations of Section 54.016, Water Code, the district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction the district is partly or wholly located.
