Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 9016.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(3) "County" means Midland County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Midland County Utility District.

(6) "Municipality" means a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction any part of the district is located.
