SUBCHAPTER C. PROVISIONS RELATING TO BONDS

(a) A bond issued under this chapter may be presented to the attorney general for approval in the same manner and with like effect as is provided for the approval of a tax bond issued by a county.

(b) After approval by the attorney general, the comptroller shall register the bonds as in the case of other county bonds.
