SUBCHAPTER B. PROCESS TO DETERMINE ENTITY TO DEVELOP, FINANCE, CONSTRUCT, AND OPERATE TOLL PROJECT

After the department or the local toll project entity exercises an option under this subchapter, the department or the local toll project entity, as applicable, shall issue a semiannual report on the progress of the development of the toll project. The report shall be made available to the public.
