SUBCHAPTER O. SUBREGIONAL BOARD IN SUBREGION HAVING PRINCIPAL MUNICIPALITY WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.1 MILLION

(a) Sixty-five percent of the members is a quorum.

(b) An action of the subregional board requires a majority vote of the members present.
