SUBCHAPTER O. SUBREGIONAL BOARD IN SUBREGION HAVING PRINCIPAL MUNICIPALITY WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.1 MILLION

A subregional board may adopt on a two-thirds vote of the board a budgeting policy for the authority that provides for the adoption and implementation of a budget that extends for two fiscal years, with annual reviews as needed.
