- SUBCHAPTER I. VIOLATIONS AND OFFENSES
(a) A person commits an offense if the person operates or moves a motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, or mobile home, or a combination of those vehicles, that is equipped in violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.
