CHAPTER 51A. METROPOLITAN WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS AND SUBDISTRICTS

A district shall establish rates for all services to subdistricts after the exclusion of the subdistricts from the boundaries of the district. The rates may not exceed 150 percent of the rates for similar services for residents of the district.
