CHAPTER 51A. METROPOLITAN WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS AND SUBDISTRICTS

An election authorized by this chapter may be held on any day of the year other than a general election date and is not limited to the uniform election dates established by Section 41.001(a), Election Code.
