SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION OR EXPANSION OF DISTRICT; CONVERSION OF DISTRICT

The rights, powers, privileges, authority, and functions conferred on a district by granting of a petition for creation shall be subject to the continuing right of supervision of the state to be exercised by and through the commission.
